You may remember Jacque, who came to our Love A Child Children’s Home with his sister Fabiola. His mother had died, and his father could not take care of his children. He would often leave them alone for many days at a time. He was looking for work but was unable to find it, and the children were suffering. Jacque was suffering from malnutrition and had very thin, red hair. His father decided it was best to give the children up to the Department of Social Services, who contacted us to see if we could take them. We brought Jacque and his sister to our Love A Child Children’s Home, and Jacque is now a very happy and active little boy. Thanks to Child Sponsorship, this young boy now has a chance to get a good Christian education, nutritious food, and lots of love from his Love A Child family.
