Mackenson was dying when I first saw him. His father was holding him in his arms, as he was dying of Malnutrition. His skin was splitting open. I cried when I saw him. I could not believe it when his father said, “He is seven!” Mackenson is a sweet boy that had a “stroke” months ago and is still recovering. He is such a sweet and humble boy! We all love him.
