Today, we had a great meeting with the Americans here in our area. We hosted a “town meeting” held by Linda Hoover and Valerie Dume, from the U.S. Embassy in Port-au-Prince. These two ladies are amazingly easy to work with, very humble, communicate well, and are really interested in the Americans living in Haiti and what they can do to help. They offer so many services, such as passport help, evacuation help, what to do when there is a death, “crisis control,” emergencies, and how we could all work together! These two were the best representatives of the Embassy that we have ever met. A big “thanks” from all of us who attended! Bobby and Sherry
