This is one of our orphans Mackenson and he is such a precious little boy. He would have died from malnutrition if we had not found him during a “Mobile Medical Clinic” in the mountains of Covant about two years ago. His body was horribly swollen with Kwashiorkor Malnutrition, which makes a child hold water, and who is “protein-starved.” Now, Mackenson is doing great and he is healthy, happy and in school.
