The Poul Mirak Co-op (Miracle Chicken Co-op) is located behind the marketplace (Gwo Maché Mirak). This is another sustainability project—helping Haitians to help themselves. Right now, the chicken prices are down, but the Haitian guys are holding their own and breaking even.
