Sister Adeline's story

Sister Adeline’s story: 11-1-16 12:00 PM

Thank you partners for your sacrificial gifts that allow Love A Child to help many Haitians throughout Haiti. I’m sure you’ve heard us speak of Sister Adeline before, and now we want to share her story with you. She is doing such great work for the Lord. Here is a message from Sister Adeline:

“Dear Brothers and Sisters,
I’m very pleased to see you all coming to see the orphaned children and me. God bless you! My full name is Madamn Edith Innocent, but I’m called Sister Adeline. I am 55-years-old and I come from a family of four brothers and four sisters. We are followers of Christ. I can say, I’m a child of God’s promise, and I grew up in a Christian family. When I was 13-years-old, I took Jesus as my savior; and I went to the Bible seminary. After I was baptized, I received a call from God to be an evangelist. I took the Gospel to prisons, hospitals, and “Camp-Meyer.” I also prepared meals to be shared in these places. After that, God continued to use me in my ministry at Fond Michelle. In that ministry, I have a big heart for kids as God wants it that way, and I also preach to the people in Fond Michelle. The kids come from many different places, some from Cap-HaÏtian and around Fond Michelle. I care for and teach a group of children about Jesus.” Sister Adeline
