His name is James, but the kids call him “Ti Pigeon,” or Little Pigeon because he loved raising pigeons. He and his brother, Kidney, were in the care of their uncle (a very mean man) when their mother died, leaving their father with no way to care for these two children. Someone from the mountains brought these two children to us.

After graduating from high school, James was our photographer, but he had bigger dreams. He wanted a degree in accounting so, now, he is at INUKA University in Haiti… studying accounting!

James is serious about college, but he loves to play jokes on people! He is never interested in hearing something bad about someone. He is just a “good kid!” He is so good in accounting, but he is also a “serious joker!!”

We love James very much and are so, so proud of him!
