When Djonsly arrived at the hospital there were lots of tears from the nurses who knew him. They were so happy to see him and his mother, Marie.

Djonsly was taken to the oncologist on Thursday morning. He had a CAT scan yesterday and it showed his lungs are in terrible shape. He went to the hospital to be treated in the ER and they began to drain his lungs of fluid.

He was admitted to the hospital last night by all the ICA doctors to work on improving his lung function. He is with some of the best pulmonologists in the nation!

In summary, the doctor said he is in rough shape, but he is in one of the best places on earth to address these issues, with clinical precision and lots of love and kindness. After they take care of his lung function they will focus on the cancer.

This was the report this morning from those in charge at the Hospital. In all, Djonsly is in the hands of both the best doctors on earth and the “Great Physician.” Thank you for your prayers, and thank you to the person who helped with his transportation to the States, for him and his mother.

We cannot tell you what a great weight is off our shoulders in regard to Djonsly, his Visa, the problems at the Dominican Republic Airport… God worked it all out!!
