Many of you know Djonsly and have been praying for him… but to those of you who do not know his story, it is one of great faith. Djonsly never knew he had cancer growing behind his eye, which eventually pushed his eye out of its socket! His mom had taken him to every doctor, every clinic she could find… but no one would even look at him.

The Lord had told her to “find Love A Child,” and they would help! That’s what she did. And the Lord led us to the right Hospital in the States. Djonsly had several cancer operations and on his last operation his Visa had run out, but no one knew this.

The Embassy here would not let him go due to his expired Visa. That’s when all the struggles and problems began. But, God gave us a wonderful attorney and the help of a congressman, and lots of patience. We got his Visa to the States!

Then, before we left for the Airport, Djonsly got sick. His lungs were so infected… We had to send him to a hospital here in Haiti. The doctor had put a tube in him to drain the fluid from his lungs; and then, the doctor left for days. He called to tell a nurse to “take the tube out.” When she did this, one of his lungs collapsed!

We finally got Djonsly out to the States… He has been in the hospital since he arrived; the doctors found out he only “had one lung!”

He will be discharged today and stay in a small apartment near the hospital until they call him back for surgery. They want him to be in good health; in the meantime, he will take home study courses for school, to keep him busy! We will keep you updated on him and when he will need the next surgery! Djonsly has received miracle after miracle!!
