One mother has witnessed her children’s bellies swell and hair turn red with malnutrition; they fight to survive, but you can’t outrun starvation in a fourth-world country. A teenage boy knows what it means to be abandoned by one’s father; seeking security for his sister, he puts his body through back-breaking work. The food we deliver is a means of conversion, revealing God’s presence and goodness to his never-forgotten, ever-loved children.
