Bianca is one of the sweetest young girls we have! She is quiet, intelligent, and “always studying!” She is in High School and preparing to graduate and go on to College. She loves to do research on difficult things… alone. She will spend all day in her room, reading, and be content with that. She speaks French fluently, Creole of course, and also Spanish. (French is required in colleges in Haiti.) When Bianca is bored, she finds work ironing, cooking, or cleaning. She loves to dance, but her voice is her talent. We have only heard her sing a solo “one time,” and everyone stood on their feet… but she is shy and that is why she doesn’t sing specials in Church.
Her aunt brought her and her siblings to us a long time ago… she said their parents tried to escape to the States on a boat and drowned. So, we have no way of knowing if this is true or not. Bianca loves the Lord and wants to be a doctor, but really a surgeon! Bianca has the biggest eyes I have ever seen… in fact sometimes the kids call her “krapo,” or frog! We love our little “frog!”
