Someone asked us, “How do you keep 85 kids busy in the summer when school is out?”
They have chores to do but, believe it or not, the kids love those “hard-to-put-together” puzzles!
We bought two about a month ago, which were 1,000 pieces! It was “girls against the boys!” The girls won because they worked day and night to beat the boys!
You can see the ones that were finished! Pastor Mark bought “puzzle glue” and made frames for them!!!
Jesse Ostrander, Pastor Mark’s son, brought in a 1,000-piece puzzle for the boys, but for the girls… their puzzle is a 2,000-piece puzzle!
They “cranked up the Gospel music” and started singing and working on the “African puzzle!” It’s not finished yet, but it will get there!
Someone asked us how we could handle 85 kids, when we do not have a movie theater, shopping center, beach, or pizza shop here, especially in the summer months?”
They said, “How do you do it?” We said, “It’s a puzzle to us!”
