When I think about the poor, there is one little girl that tells their story… You can see the sadness, despair, and hunger in her eyes… Her hair should be black, but it is turning red… Her skin does not have good color… She is dirty and has no shoes, and most of all “no hope.” I keep her picture in my heart constantly to remind myself that “God has put us here on earth to help the poor…” There are just two classes of people… “those who are poor, and those who should be helping the poor.”

“Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it. Say not unto thy neighbor, Go, and come again, and tomorrow I will give; when thou hast it by thee.” – Prov. 3:27-28
