These photos show the great soil preparation work we started on Monday. This technique is named Plate-bane. When we harvest a production, we repair the land, and rotate culture – that is, we change culture. If we had carrots in the space, which is a root vegetable, then we remove the carrot and put cabbage, which is a leafy vegetable. This is called culture change or culture rotation.
