The village of Old Letant has been cut off from us by the gangs for nearly a year, in that time the desperation of families living there has grown steadily. Mothers can no longer sell at markets because of the violence on the roads, leaving them with no source of income. Children are forced to bear the weight of familial responsibility on their small shoulders. People must be inventive, generous, and persistent to survive here. God’s protection paired with your generosity allows us to remind these despondent villagers of His goodness, kindness, love, and provision.
