The Love A Child storm prep crew spent the greater part of the morning getting things ready for Tropical Storm Franklin. (At least that’s the story we’re going with.) It seems like Kim and I spent more time driving around with these boys laughing and “hoola-hooping” than we did working. Even though these kids know the storm is coming, they have confidence that they are safe. They are enjoying their hard-earned lollipops without a care in the world!

May we all have this kind of confidence in our Heavenly Father. In the face of life’s storms, our safety is in Him. He has our back. He will never leave us or forsake us.
