Cami is one of our workers at the Orphanage. Today, Cami, his wife, Dorelus, and his baby daughter, Elka, are with me in Santo Domingo. Baby Elka was born with a cleft lip and cleft pallet. We are at the headquarters of Operacion Sonrisa (Operation Smile). The baby is being seen by several doctors in order to determine if she is a candidate for surgery. We are praying this foundation can help her. Please pray for favor. This precious baby needs help.
