“We All Have Enemies”

Just because we may love everyone, it doesn’t mean they will love us. You may love everyone, but you will always have an enemy somewhere. It could be someone “jealous of you,” or “jealous that people like you.” In fact, you don’t have to do anything mean or hateful to have enemies. If they hate Jesus, they will hate you.

We are living here in Haiti, where gangs are taking over. They are our “enemies.” We have never done anything wrong to them, but when Satan enters into someone’s heart, they become your enemies. The good news is what David said in Psalms 3:5-6, “I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the Lord sustained me. I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set themselves against me round about.”

So, don’t be afraid and don’t worry! We are “sheltered in the arms of God!”
