When we started building our orphanage, we knew it would be a two-story orphanage, with girls on the top floor, and boys on the bottom. We knew it would have to be big and also have two kitchens. One businessman told us “Not to build it beautiful because people wouldn’t support it!” But God said, “Build it beautiful! You will be raising thoroughbreds.”

We have one girl in college in Jamaica, named Dumolia. She was raised speaking English, after many trips to the Shriner’s Burn Center in Boston. She is still in college in Jamaica, getting ready for Medical College. Florence just finished college in Italy on a partial scholarship, and she is now working in a clinic there and has two years to finish. Jean Richard, who is crippled, will graduate this month in the field of Music and Computers.

These children, who all love God, are the future of Haiti! They love the Lord, they pray for you, and they will do great things for Haiti! Please pray about leaving Love A Child in your will or setting aside a gift for our “College Fund!” Haiti must have people who will change their country for the good!
