Jackson was found in the mountains of Savann Pit, Haiti. This remote mountain village was “very far” from us, and is on dangerous mountain roads. We found him during our Mobile Clinic in this village. A relative brought this little boy with a “HUGE” stomach full of water! He had kidney failure!

We took him back to our orphanage and it was all we could do, to save his life! We finally got the chance to take Jackson to some doctors in the Dominican Republic. They put a dialysis port in his navel, and he began the long road to nightly dialysis. One of our partners sponsored the pediatric machine which he is on every night. He is on a “very strict” diet. But, we noticed that his navel area is infected. He goes back to the doctor in the D.R. tomorrow.

Jackson is very fragile. He is extremely intelligent and hates to miss a day of school. Please pray for Jackson. We would be happy if he could find a kidney donor, or is healed!! Thank you for your prayers.
