Jackson, Philemon, and the medical team are headed back from Santo Domingo. The week was a success!

Jackson was seen by several doctors. They are all happy with his progress. He gained 4 pounds and his blood tests showed signs of improvement. The tube that enters his body for peritoneal dialysis was changed. The nurses went through extensive retraining. They were recertified in the dialysis procedure. This is needed every 6 months.

Please continue to pray for Jackson. Specifically, pray for his left leg. Because his body is unable to process vitamins sufficiently, his left leg is growing at an unnatural angle. It is almost as if he has rickets, but it is related to his kidney disease. Please pray that the doctors have wisdom moving forward.
