Future Teacher… Mackenson!

Mackenson was found in the mountains of Covant, Haiti, during a Mobile Clinic. He had severe Kwashiorkor malnutrition, so bad that his little legs were holding so much water, that they were “splitting open!”

I thought he was just a toddler, but I was shocked to know that he was “seven years old!” We brought him into our orphanage, took him to a doctor, and began medical care. He did great until one day when he was in about the 4th grade… he had a “stroke!” He was under a doctor’s care for a long time. He is better now, but still walks with a limp. Mackenson is a good worker and always helps. He wants to be a “geography teacher!” I don’t think anything can stop him! Thank you for loving and sponsoring Mackenson!!
