We know you have seen the television clips of the gangs with their guns, rioting, and showing off their weapons in the streets. It might be easy to turn our back on this “little country of Haiti,” but these are the children they did not care about showing on TV.
They are hiding from the gangs, but they “cannot hide from hunger.” These poor Haitian children usually get only one meal every two or three days… and you cannot even call it a meal!
Maybe the TV stations think they will attract more listeners by showing the gangs, but in the meantime, more children are dying from starvation than bullets!
