When the 2010 earthquake hit, we found ourselves bringing in those children whose orphanages had collapsed. We loved Jean Richard from the start. He was a devout Christian, kind, gentle, and never felt sorry for himself.

When he graduated from Philo (the 13th year in Haiti), we found out about a “special needs” college here in Haiti. He took a “four-year course” in music and computer technology. It looks like he will be teaching computer technology to our high school students at our Love A Child School. He also teaches music to our other children. We all love Jean Richard!
