We first discovered her while filming for our Love A Child broadcast. As we were taking a break, I noticed a little girl with growths on her legs and in a dirty dress walking this way. As I looked at her, I saw these “tree trunk growths” growing out from her hands… and then I discovered they were all over her body!

We took her home to our orphanage but the local doctors wanted nothing to do with her. We found a dermatologist in the States and a wonderful family to care for her but she could never be free from all those growths that resembled tree trunks! We finally brought her back to the orphanage.

Miliana is now 19 and in 10th grade. She wants to be a nurse! She helps with the cleaning at the orphanage and her siblings love her. She wants everyone to know that she is a whiz at “Tic Tac Toe!” Let’s keep her in our prayers because God “is still in the business of healing miracles!”
