Psalms 97:1 declares, “The Lord reigneth; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad thereof.”  Haiti and the Dominican Republic are on the same island of Hispaniola.  The people living in the Dominican Republic speak Spanish and those living in Haiti speak French and Creole.  Both sides of the island are waiting for the “Word of the Lord.”  Bobby
