The Gwo Maché Mirak (Grand Miracle Market) has some exciting news coming up! The Malpasse Market is getting ready to move into Gwo Maché Mirak. The new meat processing plant is also preparing to open, and Poul Mirak (Miracle Chicken) located in the back of the market is preparing to sell more chickens than ever!

A large restaurant by the name of Epi d’Or will hopefully be open by March or April. The building has already been built, and the vendors are excited! Metro Management, who we hired to run the market, is working very hard.

This has been no cakewalk but we are getting there. Mark and Jesse Ostrander, and Mark and Norm Trebilcock from the States are here today working very hard.
