Sweet little Ericka would never have lived if we had not rescued her. When we first saw her, I was shocked to see a baby so miserable, scratching, crying, and filled with sores! She was miserable!

We took Ericka in but did not know that she had “problems.” She has a learning disability and cannot talk plainly. She cannot go far in school even though she is 15. She likes to sing and help out with the little children and help the moms, so she will probably be at Love A Child “for the rest of her life.”

Ericka has taught us many things in her own simplicity. She has no bad feelings about anyone. She just loves “everyone!” We all love Ericka and are thankful to God.
