FRANCICO, SOUTH HAITI

In a major effort to feed the hungry and malnourished children of Nips County in the south of Haiti this weekend, 61 mothers with infants came to feed their babies. Several of these mothers walked so far out of the mountains to carry their children; the other children were left at home that were too small to walk to get fed. Because you gave it to Love A Child, these moms were sent home with rice, beans, and oil for the other children to eat for days ahead!

This all happened as 172 children who could walk were all fed a perfect protein meal of rice and beans! As you give over and above, we together go the extra mile to feed the starving children of Haiti during the worst conditions ever seen in our western hemisphere.
