Bianca. I can well remember the day Bianca’s aunt brought Bianca and her three siblings to us. We were told that their parents were on a boat headed out of Haiti to the U.S. It “capsized,” killing her mother and relatives. We decided to take in Bianca, her brother, and sister. They have been with us since then.
Bianca has always been a “Straight-A Student.” When she finished her “13th grade” (Philo), she had made up her mind to become a therapist, working with those with mental illness.
She just really recently left college to spend a few days with us, and then return.
Bianca loves Jesus, loves church, and loves her “orphanage family!” We pray that the Lord gives her a wonderful husband! I always tell the girls to marry a man as sweet as your “Poppie Bobby!”
They always respond by saying, “There are no men in Haiti like Poppie!!” I guess we will have to start “bringing in teams of strong, hard-working, good-looking young men, who are single, love Jesus, and who are looking for a wife!” Let’s keep the prayers coming!
