This is Christian. What a sweetie he is! He is now about 14 years old. He was brought to us at the age of five. His mother had died, and his father was in prison. And prisons in Haiti are horrible!

Christian is a good worker! He never complains and always has a sweet smile on his face. He is a great singer and loves to dance! Christian makes good grades in school and is very respectful, but he’s also timid and shy. Of course, his favorite sport is soccer!!

He has not yet made up his mind about what he wants to be, but I believe that he can do “anything!” He never causes any trouble or at least none that I know about!! Ha!

We love this little guy. So many times, I wish I knew where his father was so that I could take a picture or let his father listen to him sing… And he could be proud of the son that he has. Perhaps one day his father may be out of prison and will come to see this wonderful, sweet young man and how good he has turned out to be! We love Christian!! He is a “gift from God!” Sherry
