I met Zachary Ulysse, a witch doctor when we were taking food to a poor lady and her family! I had passed his hut on the way in, but when I left the hut of the poor lady to give her food, I passed by the witch doctor’s hut!

We began to talk, and my heart was broken for this young man. He had been a Christian but had been deceived by a Haitian Pastor, who had lied to him, charged him a lot of money to get married, and did bad things. This “broke the heart of the young man who had been a Christian,” so he decided to become a witch doctor! That day, I met with him, prayed with him, showed him love, and promised to bring him food (which we did the next day)!

Yesterday, Dieuferly, one of our Haitian sons, began to talk to him; he told him how this all had touched his heart, and now, he wants to come back to Jesus! We will help him get “a different job” to make a living!

Thank you, partners, prayer partners. Your love and prayers have not been in vain!

Dear Mom and Dad,

We got back safely from our story-shooting journey today. It was a full day of work, but it was worth it.

We visited four business ladies, and tomorrow we plan to visit the ladies in Old Letant. Many of them have started their businesses and are very happy with the beginning. May God help them succeed!

Today’s story is both terrifying and powerful, and it proves the power of God’s love. Mom, do you remember the witch doctor you visited? Well, we went to visit the “Ciné” family who lives next to that witch doctor.

He approached us and asked to speak in front of the camera. He said he wanted to send a message. We agreed, and in front of the camera, he declared that since you spoke to him and touched him, he feels renewed. He wants to be restored and is ready to put an end to all the evil practices. He even expressed a desire to burn all the evil items in front of the camera! However, he is concerned about his job with the evil spirits because people pay him for evil consultations, and that’s how he makes a living. Despite his worries, he remains motivated and is determined to change. he declared he wants us to accompany some Spiritual people, non-judgemental, people with heart, to come to help him by prayer while he’ll do the Clean-up…. He never stopped to say: ”Call me brother from today.”

The family’s name is Ulysse:

– Mother: Junether Joseph
– Children: Esther Ulysse (5 years old), Josué Ulysse (3 years old), and Lorie Shama Ulysse (3 months old).

We’ll continue to document their journey, and it’s incredible to witness the transformation in their lives.
