Florence is a special young lady. When we first moved to Haiti, we had to take in four children, whose parents and grandparents had died. After that, we took in four more children whose mother died. One of those “four children” was Florence. We had known her mother, because when we first moved to Haiti, she would come by our gate at our home in the mountains. When Florence’s mother died, her father could not take care of her. That’s when we took in Florence and her siblings. That’s how we started our orphanage. It “grew from there!”

Florence is now in Italy, working at a lab. She has a job, she loves Jesus, but she just needs a good Christian husband!! All our girls at the orphanage say, “They want to marry a man like Poppie Bobby!” God has blessed us with “good Haitian children” who love the Lord, and who want to “make a difference in Haiti!” God bless all of our wonderful partners!!
