Esther is a “mess!” She is 15 and in 9th grade. Her mother, Madamn Jesula, appeared at our front gate many years ago when we lived in Montagne Noire. She said she was dying and wanted us to assure her that we would take care of her two girls when she died. We put Madamn Jesula in a hospital and found out that she was extremely anemic and hadn’t been eating, as well as other health problems. We paid her hospital bills and brought her to our orphanage to take care of her and her daughters. We gave Madamn Jesula a job and are raising her children.

She makes good grades in school and works hard! Esther is tough at sports! Look out, boys! She loves soccer and especially basketball, and she will clobber you on the court! Esther wants to be a veterinarian! She loves the Lord and will go far in her life!
