Today, we wanted to present a very special need with you. This need is “very urgent.”

As you know, we have many children in our Love A Child Children’s Home. We have teenagers, all the way down to three and four-year-olds and of course, Zachary, the baby. We are in “DESPERATE NEED” of children’s clothing, especially boys.

We need all ages of boys’ play shorts, t-shirts, dress shirts, and dress pants. We just “inherited two more little boys,” whose father is in jail and their mother fled and left her children, because she was “accused of killing the neighbor’s baby, with Voodoo!” This woman is a devout Christian, but fear and superstition cover Haiti. So, we have two more little boys and no clothes. We really need boys’ pants, shorts, tennis shoes, dress pants and dress shirts (for church) and tennis shoes!

If you have clean, used clothes, please send them too. This is a very important need. These children are growing fast. You know, yourself, that each year, you have to buy clothes for your children because they have grown over the summer… Imagine having “85” growing kids!! You can send in clothes for any age, because they will fit “someone!” We especially have a hard time fitting Job, who is “very tall and slim,” at age 12, but as tall as a “coconut tree!”
