In Haiti, there are different levels of poverty, and God has given Love A Child the honor of finding the most destitute and hurting to bring them hope and deliverance, both in the natural and the spiritual.
Hidden in the quiet hills of the south in an area called “in the Bamboo” is the Leonard family of 8; living in a room thatch patched together with secondhand tarps with holes, 69-year-old Romene Leonard struggles to keep his family alive with almost nothing. Their son, living in the Dominican Republic, has sent help from time to time but has not been able to for months now.
Hubert and the Love A Child crew in the south of Haiti, located the Leonards and provided them with a tent to keep them dry from days of rain past and to come, along with rice, beans, cooking oil, and most importantly, hope in Christ! Today, we have a large bill for purchasing food for hundreds of families, such as Leonard’s.
Thank you for your continued support and prayers.
Love is something you do!
