“Daniel” and his twin sister (Daniella) are now 18. It was 18 years ago that Tony, the Director of all our Love A Child schools, heard about a poor lady who was giving birth during a very “perilous time” here in Haiti; she had gone to the general hospital to give birth, and guys with guns blocked the door of the hospital and told her to leave.

When she went home, she gave birth to two babies, Daniel and Daniella and then, died. Mr. Tony brought them to us and asked us to raise the babies. We didn’t think Daniel would live…he was the “runt.” He was the tiniest, ugliest baby I had ever seen!! But God let both live, and they are both “beautiful children!!”

Daniel is “very close” to his sister. He watches over her 24/7. Both Daniella and Daniel make good grades in school, but Daniel wants to be a mechanic. (This really surprised me!) So, he will begin working with our mechanics this summer.

Daniel is sweet and quiet. He keeps his room clean and always helps do anything they need him to do!! He is a “zero stress twin,” and everyone loves him!!!
