Here is an update about the Agricultural Training Center from Dave Balsbaugh, who leads our sustainability projects.

“Today at the Agricultural Training Center (ATC), the students enjoyed a little competition building compost. They were graded by Wilner, our head agricultural trainer, as they built their compost by the book and had many laughs doing so. Making education fun and enjoyable is a key for technology to be transferred successfully. At the ATC, not only is technology being transferred, but many strong and lasting relationships are being built. The real test of development is not so much on prosperity, but the quality of relationships, caring, and the way in which people learn to work together for His glory!” – Dave Balsbaugh
