Haitians “love,” to dress for church!” They will not go to church in blue-jeans, or a t-shirt, shorts, or flip-flops. In fact, they will not go with tennis shoes, shorts, or cut-offs. Each country has different ways of “worshipping,” and different ways of dressing! Most churches in the states, can wear “relaxed clothing,” especially if they live in an area or in places where they must wear warm clothing. We know that the “Lord looks on the heart.”
There are a few churches in Haiti that especially minister to the youth. They want to “draw the youth” to church, and in those churches, they can wear jeans. Our older girls “love to dress” for church… Widlene, Anna, Daniella, and Daphline just received these beautiful dresses from Jesse and Kim Ostrander, who work with us.
If you have nice, new, or used dresses, skirts, boys’ or men’s pants or shirts, or if you want to buy new clothes (we have boys and girls of all sizes), please send them to our office:
