This is Yonel. We found him in the mountains when we were doing a Mobile Medical Clinic about 20 years ago!! He had severe malnutrition, and you could count every rib in his body! (Most of the children from our Love A Child Children’s Home were found during Mobile Medical Clinics.) Yonel was raised by his grandmother who was very, very poor and barely kept him alive. He was one of our “prodigal sons,” who came back to the Lord. He now works as one of our painters, which is a full-time job! He does an excellent job and is always smiling! We love Yonel! (Yes, there were times I felt like “kicking his butt,” but forgiveness goes a long way.) Sherry
