We all know the story of “the great flood.” Poor Noah was already 120 years old when he began to build the ark! He built it because “the God he had never seen” had spoken to him! God told him how big to build it, what materials to build it with, and many other details! God told him to take in “two of every animal” and put them into the ark! The amazing thing was that it had never rained before… “God had always watered the earth with a mist from the ground.” – Gen. 2:5-6

Noah had no Bible, no television, and no Church to go to. He had no friends! All he had was “faith” in a God he had never seen! And then, “God shut the door!” When “God shuts a door” (that we may have wanted to walk through), He “knows what’s coming!” If you are praying and the answer is “no,” it’s because God loves you and He sees the future… and “shut the door!” Have a blessed day.
