Last Saturday, the wife of one of our workers, Raphael, was kidnapped! Raphael has been a faithful employee for many years. His job has been “maintenance” work here at Love A Child. He has a wife and three children at his home in an area called “Croix-des-Bouquets,” which has been “becoming very dangerous with gangs.”

He has stayed at Love A Child because going back and forth on the roads to Croix-des-Bouquets has been dangerous due to the gangs. But last Saturday was a nightmare! The gangs broke in at 10:00 at night and kidnapped his wife, demanding money! Everyone began to pray!!!

But, yesterday, Mr. Nixon, Administrator of our Birthing Center, sent us “good news!!!” The gang decided to release her and told Raphael to “pick her up at 10:00 am!!!” She is home!

That’s a miracle! God answers prayer!
