Anpil Lapili means “lots of rain.” It poured here last night. Today, people are making the most of it. Our Agricultural Training Center students are hard at work caring for the vegetable plants through a process called binage.
Binage is an important technique that helps loosen the soil, allowing better air circulation and improved water flow to the roots—both essential for strong, healthy plant growth.
Here in Haiti, part of teaching sustainability is learning to use every drop of water wisely. Moments like these are not just about farming; they’re about equipping the next generation with practical skills, stewardship, and hope for the future.
Thank you for being part of this mission of sustainability! Thank you for supporting Love A Child!
