As hard as it is and as tough as it will be, I must share the news with you all!

As you all know, I have worked here with Love A Child for several years now. These years have been some of the best years of my life! I have learned so much and have enjoyed every moment of it. I had the privilege of working side by side with the two best missionaries out there, Bobby and Sherry! These people have become my family and will always be my family! It is hard for me to break the news… come October, I will be moving back stateside to further my education. I have shed many tears and have prayed hard about this. Bobby and Sherry stand behind me 100% and have supported me more than I could ever imagine! There will not be a day that goes by where I will not be talking with them to get the “Haiti update!” This is not “goodbye,” but instead it is “see you later.” I know I will be back! In September, I will be out for a couple of weeks on a trip to Africa doing ministry work with some dear friends. After that, I will be returning to Haiti until my departure time comes.

Again, I could not be more thankful for Bobby and Sherry and all of the things they have done for me and continue to do! Without their love and support, this transition would nearly destroy me.

Nobody ever prepares a missionary for this feeling. It is harder than I could ever put into words…
