Betina was born after the 2010 earthquake in a place called “Cite Soleil.”

Anyone who knows Haiti knows that this is a high-crime area. Betina came from a large family. There was never enough food for everyone. Her parents abandoned her, and she was rescued by some social workers. She was very shy when she was brought to us… but soon, she overcame that!!

She loves sports, jumping rope, dancing and singing! She often leads the praise and worship service at night in the Children’s Home! She even loves to clean her room! Betina wants to be a teacher at our Love A Child School!!

She is 12 and in 5th grade!! She will go “far” in her life!!
