Bianca… She will be in her third year of college. She is studying to become a psychiatrist! Bianca and her siblings were brought to us by their aunt when the children were young.  She told us that their parents had died when a Haitian boat tipped over in a storm, en route to Cape Haitian. We decided to take in Bianca and her two siblings.

Bianca had always had a beautiful singing voice, but was too shy to sing in church. She sang “one time” when we had a special service inside our depot. When she sang, she was amazing. I don’t think she has ever sung by herself after that.

When she was finished with high school here in Haiti, we found her always reading books that were “about the mind,” and psychiatry! When she was finished with high school in Haiti, that’s what she wanted to do. When she had the opportunity to go to college, that’s what she chose!

Bianca is “intelligent,” beautiful, sweet, and kind! We are sure, with God’s help, she will be a blessing to those who have mental problems and stress. We love her and we pray that God will direct her path. Thank you, partners.
