We love sharing what food we have, with other missionary organizations. We would all be very wrong if we thought we don’t need each other. We want to thank Feed My Starving Children for donating this food to feed hungry children, and we want to thank Joyce Meyer Ministries — Hand of Hope for sponsoring a 40-foot container of food to come to Haiti. We shared this container with over 100 organizations, who feed children, and some feed widows! We do this monthly and are only late, if there are gangs blocking the container in Port-au-Prince, or gangs in the street that prevent the missionaries from coming, etc. These particular children are in the care of Rev. Bourdeau Jonel. He is over at the Orphelinat Notre Dame du Perpétuel Secours. We have been partners for many years. Here is a note from Rev. Jonel:
“Hello Mr. Bobby & Sherry Burnette, how are you? Hope all is well with you all there. With a lot of joy Orphelinat Notre Dame du Perpétuel Secours thanks you for your miracle support in Manna Pack Rice and other things each month. The kids would like to say how important your monthly donation is. The kids and I don’t know how we can thank you again. Thank you for all you do for our orphanage, we want to thank Feed My Starving Children and Joyce Meyers who sponsors that food to come to us, and all volunteers who work so hard to help us find this food for the poor. Thank you so much, may God bless you all, Rev. Father Bourdeau Jonel, ONDPS.”
Thank you again, for putting “big plates of food,” in front of these little children!
Bobby and Sherry
