We are thankful for our friends Edsel, John, Fred, Roland, Chuck, and Richard who have been here all week working hard and putting in more equipment at our Abatwa (slaughterhouse) at the marketplace (Gwo Maché Mirak). They are also putting in a cooling room to hang beef for 14-days. We will have the most tender meat in all of Haiti! Yum! Soon they will be training Haitians how to cut meat properly. The Abatwa is a sustainability project helping Haitians to help themselves. Bobby
