Dear Friends,
In the midst of all the chaos in Haiti, and the sad stories, we have this story that is such a blessing! We recently received a donation of new bicycles from our friends who would like to remain anonymous. We shared many of these bikes with our friend Diddi, who has an orphanage. She was visiting a hospital and met “Benje,” who was shot in a home invasion…just look at her letter to us….

 

Dear Sherry and Kaeli,
This is a lil’ guy that I met in the hospital in Delmas. He was always in bed in the hospital.  He was shot in a home invasion. Still has metal in his chest. When he was blessed with a bicycle, oh my!!! Look at his face. Soooo happy! Thank you, we were able to bless him and pray for him and bring him a bike! Xoxoxo Diddi
