Lots of our older boys are now working outside and doing other jobs, but we still need guys to help with inside maintenance and upkeep. Colin is a big help. He is now 15, and in 10th grade. He “eats and drinks” soccer! Colin became part of our family when his “Voodoo father” got angry with him because he tried to scrape the sides of a cooking pot to get some “gratel.” His father grabbed his hand and held it down in the hot coals for punishment! That’s when we rescued him, took him to a doctor, and brought him into our orphanage family to live! He wants to be an engineer! We know he will make a good one!
